Beef Oxtails
With their tender texture and unbeatable flavor, beef oxtails are the perfect meat for a hearty, slow-cooked soup or stew. What is oxtail meat? Oxtail comes from the gelatin-rich tail of the cow and is an excellent source of protein and a good source of iron. As beef oxtails cook, their flavorful marrow releases tons of rich flavor, and the meat becomes fall-off-the-bone tender. Again, where’s the BEEF?
I went to 3-4 stores looking for this product, I read reviews on Google, but wish I would have come to the website. I’m like some of the other customers, “where’s the beef?” These 3-4 oxtails cost me $24, plus gas, and to get them home and they look like big pole fat patties, not pleased. However, I have to cook them and praying they are good

7.6 ounces of fat on 3 oxtails
Very disappointed. Have purchased Rumba oxtails for years. But at 10.99 a pound I don't believe they should have been packaged before they were trimmed . 7.6 ounces of fat removed from 3 of the six oxtails in the 2 packs I purchased.

Delicious melty goodness
These are excellent, cooked them on the crockpot on low 14 hours, melted right off the bones. If you make these correctly they’re incredibly juicy and flavorful.

Down hill product
I use to buy your product by the case from Kroger. Not now. There is more fat than meat and the price for a fat pack of tails is ridiculous. Do better, I know beef is expensive but, do better. Walmart isn’t any better.
