Mely Martinez

Hi, I’m Mely Martinez, a former Mexican school teacher, home cook and food blogger. I moved to the United States about 10 years ago, after living in Mexico my whole life. Now I love to share home-style recipes of authentic Mexican food.

Sonia Mendez Garcia

My name is Sonia Mendez Garcia. Born and raised in California, but I have lived in Texas and since 1986, I call central New York my home. My parents Ramiro and Blanca were born in Monterrey, Mexico and raised a family of five girls and three boys. The kitchen was always a focal point in our house. With Rumba Meats, I can prepare all of my favorite recipes that my Mom prepared with such love and attention for our family.

My goal is to spread positivity through creativity through my handmade goods, artwork, articles, books, product lines and workshops!

Rumba Meats is a great source for hard-to-find meat cuts and I love to make my family traditional recipes using their products.

By making my children the same meals my Mom made me, I can share our proud Mexican heritage with them. As the mother of multicultural kids, it's important to me that they know where they came from - Rumba Meats helps make that possible.

Vianney Rodriquez

Hi, I'm Vianney Rodriquez, founder, recipe developer and South Texas foodie behind Sweet Life. The recipes on Sweet Life are inspired by my exploration of childhood memories and the global food culture that makes up South Texas. Sharing time in the kitchen with my daughters ensures that the traditions of my family in Mexico are passed down to the next generation. I can always count on Rumba Meats to provide me the highest quality cuts of meat.
