Bistec Encebollado
This one skillet Mexican-style steak and onions is great for a delicious weekday meal. Thin sliced chuck steak is pan fried with sliced onions and jalapeños in a rich savory braising sauce. Serve with warm tortillas to scoop up all the flavor.

La familia is much more than a bloodline. It’s connecting to our heritage and being part of a powerful community. We know that together we are more than just the sum of our parts because we always put the needs of the community first. In a world that moves faster than ever, tradition is what has kept la familia going strong for generations.
Rumba Meats is proud to make comidas tradicionales more accessible to the people that love them – because sharing a great meal isn’t just for holidays. The dishes we share every day reflect the culture we love and the traditions we cherish. We will continue to do everything we can to empower our community to cook, eat and live well. So pull up a chair and grab a plate, mi cielito. Because when tradition is on the table, la familia is as fuerte as ever.
