Beef Liver
Beef liver cooks up quickly on the skillet or grill. It is tender and flavorful, often used in pan-fried liver and onions (higado encebollado). You can also use beef liver in any dish you’d typically use ground beef, such as meatloaf, chili or stew. Cut liver into strips, then soak in milk for a couple hours prior to cooking.

I purchased from Walmart Multiple times.

Rotten beef Liver
We always buy the Rumba beef liver from Walmart but recently 3 packs that we purchased were rotten and smelled bad. When we opened it we didn't notice the the smell but after a few seconds it turned black and smelled so bad. We tried to cook it thinking it might just be because it was frozen but it's really rotten .

Best Liver!
One of the Walmart's near me now carries iRumba fresh beef liver. I love it! So much better
than the frozen brands. I hope more stores in the Bradenton/Sarasota FL area start carrying your product.
