Quiero presentar una queja con respecto a un paquete de carne que compré en Walmart el día 20 de septiembre de 2026.
Al revisar ahora la compra y abrir el paquete, me encontré con que prácticamente todo el contenido es pellejo, grasa y desperdicio, siendo un producto completamente incomible. Sinceramente, considero que esto no es carne apta para el consumo humano en las condiciones en que la recibí.
La fotografía y la presentación del producto muestran algo completamente diferente a lo que realmente contiene el paquete. Una cosa es lo que ustedes presentan en la imagen y otra muy distinta es lo que estoy encontrando al abrirlo: prácticamente pura grasa, pellejo y desperdicio de carne.
Les agradecería que tomaran en consideración toda la información y las fotografías que estoy enviando, ya que considero que el producto no cumple con las expectativas ni con la calidad que debería ofrecer Walmart.
Espero que puedan revisar esta situación y ofrecerme una solución o un reembolso correspondiente.
