Hi, I’m Reina. I was born in Ceiba, Puerto Rico and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. Family, tradition, food history, culture, and embracing diversity are all integral to my life in the kitchen. By focusing on modernizing humble meals, I find that connecting with others through food is my biggest and most rewarding takeaway on this culinary journey.
