Flank Steak

Prep Time: 4 hours | Cook Time: 30 minutes | Serves: Makes up to 20 tacos

Ingredients
  • Rumba® Flank Steak (5 lbs.)
  • 2 Cups Cilantro Chimichurri
  • 4 Cups Pineapple Salsa
  • 20 Corn/Flour Tortillas
Instructions
  1. Mix with flank steak and let marinate a minimum of 4hrs.
  2. Grill to desire temperature (R,MR,M,MW,W).
  3. Chop and build tacos.
