Arrachera/Carne Asada

Prep Time: 90 Minutes | Cook Time: 30 Minutes | Serves: Makes up to 20 tacos

Ingredients
  • Rumba® Beef Outside Skirt (5 lbs.)
  • 1 White Onion Chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • ½ Cup Fajita Seasoning
  • 4 Cups Pico De Gallo
  • 1 Cup Queso Fresco
  • 1 Cup Julianne Cilantro
  • 20 Corn/Flour Tortillas
Instructions
  1. In a blender combine all ingredients and liquefy on high speed until smooth, add to the arrachera meat and mix well.
  2. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Grill to desire temperature (R,MR,M,MW,W). Chop meat and build tacos.
