Prep Time: 90 Minutes | Cook Time: 30 Minutes | Serves: Makes up to 20 tacos
- Rumba® Beef Outside Skirt (5 lbs.)
- 1 White Onion Chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
- ½ Cup Fajita Seasoning
- 4 Cups Pico De Gallo
- 1 Cup Queso Fresco
- 1 Cup Julianne Cilantro
- 20 Corn/Flour Tortillas
- In a blender combine all ingredients and liquefy on high speed until smooth, add to the arrachera meat and mix well.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Grill to desire temperature (R,MR,M,MW,W). Chop meat and build tacos.
